We have united our culinary forces with those of our ambassador Ines Papert, so that you can now enjoy it not only at home or in a restaurant.
In respect of the art, we have given it our full attention to achieve the complex texture that defines this delicious rice dish, the most elegant in the world. The creamy coating conceals grains of rice cooked "al dente".
What stands out, however, are the juicy pieces of porcini mushrooms - the king of mushrooms - immersed somewhere between these two worlds. Garnished with a generous pinch of Pecorino Romano and green parsley... Just add hot water and stir, but only briefly - we have done the rest of the work.
