Reactik+: Petzl invents the "useful gadget"

300 lumens… Since the advent of headlamps in the mid-90s, manufacturers have constantly been increasing the power of their products. Today, Petzl reaches the limit of what's reasonable by offering a blinding 300-lumen headlamp. Asking for more would be discouraged by ophthalmologists.

But power isn't everything! And Petzl has managed to reinvent the classic headlamp with its "Reactive Lighting" system. Optimizing both battery life (USB rechargeable) and lighting performance is the ambition of this system.

An adaptive headlamp?

The Reactik+ automatically adjusts its light intensity based on the brightness of the targeted point: look 100 meters around you and the Reactik+ delivers its maximum capacity, lower your head to check your map and it immediately adjusts so as not to burn your eyes. This makes the Reactik+ a perfectly suited lamp for trail running, cycling, mountaineering,…

And then, the bluetooth function…on a headlamp??! Paired with your smartphone, you can configure your lamp according to your needs: adjust maximum brightness, optimize battery life, and even program messages in morse code…

The key word: versatility

Option to replace the battery with a battery pack for more demanding treks where recharging opportunities are scarce.
Choice between 8 lighting modes: 3 "Reactive Lighting" modes, 3 "Constant Lighting" modes and 2 red supplementary lighting modes (preserving night vision).
8-hour battery life tested in the field with mixed use (eco, standard and max).

Comfort and reliability

Innovative and secure headband system.
IP X4 certified.
"Lock" system to prevent accidental activation of the lamp (in a backpack, for example).

In conclusion
