They have employed a number of solutions to achieve this goal: the bag is made from the world's lightest down-filled fabric, Toray® Airtastic, weighing only 19 g, they used a 3 mm zipper of 2/3 length and designed a fitted cut that also improves insulation.

During the design process, Cumulus primarily aims for minimalism, so the sleeping bag is free of any unnecessary elements that could increase its weight. However, it is very comfortable to use thanks to features such as the anatomical footbox (the shark fin) and the 3D hood structure. For this extraordinary product, Cumulus could only use an equally extraordinary fill: ethically sourced 900 CUIN Polish goose down.
