UlraPress One Way Valve Clear

Add a one-way valve to allow adding electrolytes, drink mixes, and other flavored liquids to an UltraPress.

A feature no other filter bottle can offer, our one-way valve for the UltraPress® allows you to add electrolytes and sports drink mixes to clean, purified water without compromising the integrity of the filter.

Also allows your UltraPress to be used with a variety of flavored beverages such as juices, sparkling water, mocktails, and cocktails.

• Four duckbill valves prevent water backflow  (or other beverages) through the cartridge while also allowing clean filtered water to pass through the cartridge into the inner press.
• Easy to remove for maintenance and use between uses.  Thoroughly dry a wet cartridge by pressing it into an empty outer cup (without water), then discard any excess water. Remove the one-way valve and allow the cartridge to dry completely in air (depending on humidity, it will take 2 to 4 days to dry completely). Clean and dry the one-way valve, then reassemble the UltraPress bottle.
• The one-way valve is dishwasher safe.  Regularly wash the valve between uses to remove odors and residue left by powders or other beverages. Hand wash with warm soapy water or place in the dishwasher. Do not expose the cartridge to soap or any cleaning product of any kind.
