The Swing Handsfree umbrella uses the waist belt and shoulder straps of your backpack to secure the umbrella and hold it in place, leaving your hands free for other things.
The particularly distinctive feature of this umbrella is its stepless extendable fiberglass handle, extending up to approximately one meter in maximum length and secured by a slight rotation at the height of your choice.
This umbrella can be attached to either the right or left side of the backpack depending on wind direction, thanks to its two included rotating attachment clips fastened by flexible nylon straps to the backpack's shoulder straps. The straps attached to the umbrella serve as a flexible connection to the backpack's waist belt.
This lightweight 366g umbrella can also be used as an ordinary umbrella. Its soft polymer foam handle, pleasant to the touch, offers you the best possible comfort.
Its 114 cm diameter gives it a satisfying size to protect both the hiker and the backpack at the same time. Its materials and finish meet the specific demands of hiking and hikers' requirements for their equipment.
Its canopy is crafted from a particularly lightweight and tear-resistant polyester fabric coated with a layer of Teflon®. Its entire frame is made of fiberglass, a flexible and virtually unbreakable material. Its frame is also completely free of metal and therefore rustproof.
It comes with two rubber straps along with their attachment system.
