Smart Heart Rate Belt, from the brand Suunto is a belt that provides accurate heart rate data without sacrificing comfort.
This belt delivers excellent performance in sports where hand movements interfere with wrist-based heart rate measurements. It allows heart rate to be measured while wearing the watch over a sleeve or mounting it on a bicycle handlebar, or even without wearing it at all during the exercise session.
It features R-R memory which is used when the watch is not within radio signal range of the Bluetooth connection. This belt is particularly ideal for team sports, where it allows measurements to be recorded without having to wear the watch. The memory function is supported with all Bluetooth Smart compatible watches, with the exception of the Suunto Run, Suunto 7 and Suunto Kailash.
