Rack

Designed for caving, RACK is an easy-to-handle descender.

It is used with semi-static ropes from 9 to 13 mm in diameter on a single strand and can be used on two strands (semi-static ropes from 8 to 11 mm) to facilitate long descents of more than 80 meters.

The lifespan of the device can be optimized by replacing the bars.

  • very easy to use. The friction bars can be easily installed on the rope at any time depending on the desired braking force, 
  • compatible with semi-static ropes from 9 to 13 mm in diameter. 
• Suitable for long descents (more than 80 meters):
  
  • can be used on two strands, with semi-static ropes from 8 to 11 mm in diameter, 
  • distributes friction and heat very effectively to preserve the rope, 
  • does not twist ropes. 
• Device lifespan optimized by replacing the friction bars (D11300, D11250 and D11200).
