Pantin Pied Droit

Pantin, from the Petzl brand, is a foot ascender designed to make rope ascents more efficient and less tiring. 

It is available in two versions: right foot and left foot.

• Facilitates rope ascending:
  - used in combination with Croll, Ascension or Basic ascenders,
  - keeps the body vertical to make movements more efficient,
  - design facilitates rope sliding from the very first metres.
  
• High durability:
  - stainless steel trigger for better corrosion resistance,
  - spiked trigger with drainage slot to optimize performance, whatever the conditions (frozen rope, mud...),
  - HDPE (high-density polyethylene) straps for increased abrasion resistance.
  
• Functional and ergonomic use:
  - compact shape allowing it to be kept permanently attached to the foot and avoiding any risk of snagging,
  - simple and quick adjustment with Doubleback buckle,
  - releases from the rope with a simple backward leg movement,
  - cleat, available as an accessory, to keep the rope in the device during rope ascending.
