The OK lightweight carabiner is made of aluminum.
It features an oval shape allowing for optimal positioning of wide-section devices such as pulleys, ascenders, and mobile fall arresters.
Its smooth internal design and Keylock system facilitate handling. It is available in three locking systems: the automatic TRIACT-LOCK and BALL-LOCK systems and the manual SCREW-LOCK system.
The OK can be combined with the CAPTIV bar to encourage loading of the carabiner along the major axis, limit the risk of rollover, and secure it to the device.
Main features
- Oval and symmetrical shape allowing optimal positioning of wide-section devices such as pulleys, ascenders and pulley-ascenders.
- Facilitates handling:
- smooth interior design reducing the risk of stable points and facilitating carabiner rotation,
- Keylock system to prevent any unintentional snagging of the carabiner,
- the H-section contributes to a better grip, protects markings from abrasion and reduces weight.
- Available in three locking system versions:
- SCREW-LOCK: easy-to-open system, lockable or not depending on the user's needs. A red visual indicator shows that the carabiner is not locked. This system is suited to harsh environments where impurities (mud, ice) could seize an automatic locking system,
- TRIACT-LOCK: automatic locking system dedicated to frequent use. Triple-action opening by lifting and rotating the sleeve, then acting on the gate,
- BALL-LOCK: automatic locking system dedicated to frequent use, with closure indicator. Triple-action opening by pressing the green indicator, rotating the sleeve, then acting on the gate. The green visual indicator shows that the carabiner is locked.
