EDELRID has focused on using waste generated by its own production to create this innovative rope. With the NEO 100 3R, both the core and the sheath of the rope are composed of 100% recycled materials. The goal is to close the material lifecycle by reusing rope offcuts from EDELRID's factory in Isny.

Thanks to new processing techniques and a combination of both mechanically and chemically recycled materials, it is now possible to achieve a 100% recycling rate without compromising quality. The NEO 100 3R thus stands out as the lowest CO2-emitting single rope in the EDELRID range, offering a responsible alternative for environmentally conscious climbing enthusiasts.

This model is ideal for those who wish to reduce the ecological footprint of their climbing equipment and lower their energy consumption. By using pre-consumer recycled materials, sourced from rope offcuts and high-quality yarns, EDELRID responds to the strong demand for its previous model, the NEO 3R, which contained 50% recycled material.
