Petzl has specially designed it for this type of delicate operation. Thanks to its adjustable strap with four different positions, you can adapt it to different branch diameters. The false crotch features a high-efficiency pulley that allows optimal rope sliding at the anchor point, making it easier to move through the tree.
But that's not all! The system is also easily retrievable from the ground, thanks to the included throw ball. You can remove the rope from the pulley and secure it in the MINO accessory carabiner to retrieve it from the ground. The strap and loop of the false crotch are slim to minimize the risk of snagging in the tree.
With the NAJA false crotch, you can work in complete safety while preserving the tree. This solution meets ANSI Z133 standards and is ideal for aerial pruning work.
In order to enhance the safety of its products, Petzl offers a preventive update for products purchased before April 15, 2025 (Link: Petzl - Professional). All products currently in stock at Lecomte have benefited from this update.
