Moe 3R, from the brand Edelrid, is the first sport climbing harness made almost exclusively from recycled materials.
With the exception of the central ring in Dyneema(R) and the parallel belay loops which offer particularly high abrasion resistance, as well as the elastic straps of the leg loops and the Slide Block buckle, all components are recycled.
In order to maximize the proportion of recycled materials, a special polyester fleece fabric has been used in place of foam as the base material.
The butterfly shape of the waistbelt ensures optimal load distribution and a pleasant comfort when hanging.
