The Miniworks EX Microfilter by Msr is a water filter featuring a side handle that makes pumping easier. The carbon-based ceramic technology, with 0.2 micron pores, provides excellent filtration performance: 1 liter per minute. The activated carbon core eliminates any unpleasant tastes and chemical substances.
The ceramic element filters out particles, protozoa and bacteria. Does not treat viruses. In this case, water treatment tablets such as Aquatabs, Micropur, etc. must also be used.
The Miniworks EX has a threaded base that attaches to wide-mouth bottles (63mm diameter) and to Msr Dromedary water bags.
