Minorca is a land of sea, wind and rock. Rock is omnipresent, whether in the cliffs, the megalithic monuments erected in prehistoric times, or the thousands of kilometres of dry stone walls that surround the island and protect the crops from the wind.
This natural paradise becomes an ideal adventure playground for sport climbing. With this guidebook, you will discover the eight sites on the island. All are located along the coast, on limestone cliffs, either in the calcarenite zones to the south, or in the dolomites of Cape Cavalleria to the north.
Nearly 200 routes with all practical information: approaches, estimated time, orientation, climbing style, type of equipment, route height, etc... All illustrated with their corresponding topos on colour photographs.
