Mega Jul II, from the brand Edelrid, is a lightweight and versatile belay-rappel device, made from stainless steel for a long service life.

• The increased braking force of the new device geometry helps the belayer absorb the lead climber's fall
• Faster rope release for the lead climber thanks to the use of the thumb loop
• Additional eyelet allowing easy unlocking of the device for belaying a second climber using a carabiner
• Designed for belaying the lead climber, one or two seconds, and for rappelling
• Robust stainless steel construction resistant to abrasion
• Suitable for ropes with a diameter of 7.9 to 10.0 mm
