KODY EVO GTX MID JUNIOR has been improved in terms of design, but not only that — this children's hiking shoe has also been updated on a technical level, incorporating functional details harmonized with its new look.
As with previous models, the robust split leather upper is adorned with attractive stitching details, and integrates a GORE-TEX waterproof membrane to protect little feet from moisture.
Designed for small hands, the lacing system is very easy to use. And the SUPPORT FRAME structure ensures optimal foot hold within the shoe and good arch stability.
The direct-injection PU midsole also improves the shoe's cushioning. These qualities, combined with a Vibram® outsole with pronounced lugs, make it the ideal shoe for discovering the world and heading out on adventures.
The VIBRAM® RENEVO II JUNIOR outdoor outsole stands out for its wide shape with a large contact surface, its wide and self-cleaning profile, its MONOWRAP® construction and its quality grip thanks to the properties of its rubber compound.
The outsole of the KODY EVO GTX MID JUNIOR model is injected directly onto the shoe. This manufacturing method ensures a precise and very strong bond between the outsole and the upper.
The last of the KODY EVO GTX MID JUNIOR model has been specially adapted to children's feet. It is not modeled on adult footwear: quite the contrary, it is specially adapted to children's foot anatomy, with a reduced volume. The heel, toe and instep areas have also been adjusted in height and width.
