inReach® Mini 3 Plus

inReach® Mini 3 Plus, from Garmin, is a rugged satellite communication system with SOS featuring a color touchscreen, as well as a built-in speaker and microphone. 

When your adventures take you beyond mobile coverage, inReach Plus technology allows you to send and receive long text messages, photos, and voice messages with an active subscription.

Use the device's built-in speaker and microphone or your paired compatible smartphone with the Garmin Messenger™ app to send a 30-second voice message, without mobile coverage. You can also read voice message transcriptions directly on the color screen.

Use the touchscreen keyboard to exchange long text messages of 1,600 characters, directly on the device. Or connect your compatible smartphone to the Garmin Messenger app to exchange text messages, send emojis and reactions, or start a group conversation.

Share photos of your adventures by pairing the device with your compatible smartphone via the Garmin Messenger mobile app. You can also view received photos directly on your device's color screen.

Explore with peace of mind knowing that you can send an interactive SOS with your GPS coordinates to Garmin Response, an international coordination center available 24/7 to assist you in case of emergency. Furthermore, instead of going through mobile network towers, your messages are sent via the Iridium global satellite network.

With an active inReach satellite subscription, you can easily allow your loved ones to track your location as you travel, without having to point your device at the sky to acquire satellites. They can view your progress, including distance traveled, elapsed time, and altitude.
