The Guardian Purifier, by MSR, is a water purifier developed in collaboration with the US Army that eliminates viruses, bacteria, protozoa, sediment, and microplastics, making water safe to drink anywhere in the world.
At the cutting edge of technology, this purification system uses a hollow fiber filter to reduce chemicals and unpleasant tastes and odors, with a flow rate of 2.5 liters per minute. And the cartridge has a lifespan of 10,000 liters.
This purifier requires no chemicals and operates without bulbs, batteries, or cells. It easily fits into small bags and self-cleans effortlessly with each pump stroke.
Thanks to its robust construction, it withstands intensive use, freezing, drops* and harsh environments. *It has been tested in MSR's laboratory for a drop of 1.8 meters onto a concrete floor.
