The Baouw energy gel is made from 100% organic ingredients that take care of your body in the long term. The high fruit content provides you with natural sugar without blood sugar spikes which pairs perfectly with agave syrup. The glycemic index of the latter is particularly low : it is only 15.
Olive oil will provide you with a source of lipids directly usable during exercise and will help stabilize your blood sugar levels. The ingredients of the Baouw energy gel are naturally composed of essential vitamins and micronutrients, including calcium, magnesium, iron and potassium.
