Barre Extra Bio 50g, by Baouw, is an energy bar designed with an ultra-digestible recipe in which everything that could disrupt your digestion (dairy, gluten, cereals, ...) has been removed, to sustain effort over the long haul.

Usage advice:
- Consumption: To be eaten during a sports session (1 bar per hour on average depending on intensity) or simply as a healthy snack. If you notice white spots on the surface of our bars, these are simply rice flour which prevents them from sticking.
