This book describes 100 traditional routes in the Dolomites . Faced with the constant increase in medium to high difficulty routes opened by numerous climbers, there is a constant need for guides and descriptions of these routes, or at least the most popular itineraries that have not yet been climbed (or described) due to their high difficulty or danger.
The aim of this guide is to catalogue the most interesting traditional and sport routes throughout the entire Dolomites region . As every climber knows, having a detailed topo of a technically difficult route, with little protection and psychologically demanding, is extremely valuable for a successful ascent. This is why one of the strengths of this book is to present reliable information and topos on little-known or unknown extreme routes. The value of this information lies in the fact that the authors have repeated nearly all of the described routes, thereby ensuring a uniform grading of technical difficulties.
It should also be noted that this guide presents itself as a personal selection of the best routes in the Dolomites, without neglecting other great routes that have not been included in this collection.
