Designed in collaboration with BD athlete Joe Grant, the fixed-length Distance Carbon weighs only 95 grams per pole (120 cm), making it the lightest pole ever made by Black Diamond.
Contact points are minimal but well-placed, such as the subtle ring in the middle of the shaft for balance and grip when the pole is carried horizontally.
The ultra-lightweight EVA grip provides just the right amount of comfort, and the lower shafts feature removable low-volume baskets for ultimate versatility.
