The Beal 7 mm cord is an ideal cord for tying prusik knots.

It can also be used in a wide range of climbing, mountaineering and industrial applications.

7 mm cords meet the requirements of the International Climbing and Mountaineering Federation (UIAA) as well as the EN 564 standard.
