Beef and Potato Stew

This traditional Norwegian dish with beef, carrots, kohlrabi and potatoes. The best-selling freeze-dried recipe from Real Turmat is this lactose-free beef stew. The pouch is vacuum-packed and easily slips into the bottom of your backpack during your expedition, hike or other outdoor excursions.

The product keeps for 5 years from the date of manufacture. Store at room temperature.

The opened pouch should be treated as a fresh product. The food must be consumed within 2 hours of adding water.

Preparation method:

• Tear the top of the bag at the tear mark.
• Add hot water up to the fill line (3.9 dl).
• Stir. Close the bag with the closure and let it steep for 8 minutes.
