Insect bites can be not only unpleasant, but also very dangerous to your health. A mosquito bite can cause diseases such as malaria, dengue fever, or yellow fever.
A tick bite can give you Lyme disease and tick-borne encephalitis. Plenty of reasons to protect yourself and your family against insect and tick bites!
The Anti-Insect Deet 40%
Spray, by Care Plus, is a powerful insect repellent based on Deet. It protects for up to 8 hours against mosquitoes and 4 hours against ticks, and is suitable for all destinations.
The active ingredient (Deet) has also shown repellent action against horseflies, blackflies, tabanidae, and chigger mites.
Available in bottles of 200 ml, 100 ml, 60 ml, and 15 ml, depending on your needs. It contains no fragrance.
It is suitable for children from the age of 13 years (Deet 40%) and can be applied to the face and body.
Usage instructions:
Cover your skin as much as possible with clothing when going outdoors. Wear long trousers, long-sleeved clothing, closed shoes, and socks.
Apply the spray to exposed skin. Spread the mosquito repellent evenly over the skin using the palm of your hand. Apply a small amount of product to your fingers and spread it over your face.
Then wash your hands and apply the product to the back of your hand. Do not use your fingers to avoid any contact between the product and food or drinks.
Apply 10 minutes before sun exposure. If you are using the mosquito repellent together with a sunscreen, apply the sunscreen first (30 minutes before sun exposure).
Apply the mosquito repellent 20 minutes later (i.e. 10 minutes before sun exposure). Your skin will then be optimally protected.
Precautions:
Keep out of reach of children. Do not use this product on pregnant or breastfeeding women or on children under 13 years of age. If protection is no longer needed or if side effects occur, wash the skin thoroughly with soap and water.
Do not apply the product directly from the packaging onto your face. In case of contact with the eyes, rinse thoroughly with water and consult a doctor immediately. If you feel unwell, consult a doctor immediately and show the label if possible.
Do not apply to damaged skin (wounds, sunburn) and avoid contact with mucous membranes, eyes, nose, nostrils, mouth, and lips.
Do not apply the mosquito repellent under clothing or on areas where, due to joint flexion, numerous skin folds appear, such as the inside of the elbows or knees.
If used on children, do not apply to parts of the body that easily come into contact with the eyes or mouth, such as the hands and forearms.
Keep this product away from sources of ignition, food, drinks, and animal feed. Do not expose to temperatures above 50°C or in small, poorly ventilated spaces.
Close the packaging properly after use. Dispose of any residue at a household chemical waste collection point. Please read the label and instructions before use.
