This second edition of the book presents nearly 5000 boulders from 5+ to 6c+ in 53 sectors of the Fontainebleau Forest (including popular sectors such as Cuvier, Apremont, Isatis and Cuisinière).
In more than half of the sectors, colored arrows and numbers on the boulders mark the bouldering circuits. In each area where such circuits are present, the circuits are indicated in the topos to facilitate navigation.
Please keep in mind that circuits are sometimes renumbered and that the paint may have faded.
Access to the different areas, as well as to remote boulders, is indicated on clear and precise maps.
Bart van Raaij has been bouldering at Fontainebleau since 1988 and has climbed thousands of routes from 5 to 8, in all sectors of Fontainebleau. His first guidebook 7+8 was published in 2002 and the precise maps and clear design were immediately very well received. The 5+6 and 7+8 topos provide a clear and accurate overview of Fontainebleau's bouldering routes.
