Enter the details of your bank card directly on the payment page. This information is only accessible by Stripe (our banking partner), so that it can communicate with your bank. At no time can Lecomte, or any other third party, access your banking data, and no data is stored.
Bancontact:
Fast, easy and 100% secure, payment by Bancontact is made either by scanning the QR code with the Bancontact app on your smartphone, or by using your bank card and a digipass. Maximum €1500 per mobile transaction.
Paypal:
With PayPal, you can pay for free, easily, quickly and securely. By clicking "pay with PayPal", you will be redirected directly to the PayPal website, where you will be asked to enter your email address and password to confirm your payment.
Bank card / Carte bleue:
Our customers based in France have the option to use their bank card to pay for their purchases on our site. The entire transaction is managed by the payment operator Mollie. No sensitive data passes through our site.
Bank transfer:
Due to processing time considerations, we do not offer our customers the option to pay by bank transfer. However, if you still wish to use this payment method, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service. We will be happy to find a solution to your request.

We work with the most well-known payment operators on the market - Stripe and Mollie - who guarantee the security of your data.
Your banking data only travels over the Internet in encrypted form, meaning it is encoded in such a way as to make it completely unreadable. At no point does Lecomte have access to its customers' confidential payment data, nor can it retain it.

Credit card:
When you pay by bank card, your transaction is entirely secure. We use the secure system of the operator Stripe. Exchanges are encrypted using the SSL protocol, which is the global standard for online payments. Your transaction is processed directly on Stripe's servers. We do not store your banking details (card number, confidential data). However, you enter your payment details when confirming your order so that they can be shared via a secure interface with Stripe, which handles payment authorisation with your credit card provider.
Paypal:
With Paypal, your payment is entirely secure. At no point will you need to provide your banking details during your purchase. Paypal encrypts and secures your data and acts as an intermediary to process your transactions.
Bancontact:
Our customers based in Belgium also have the option of using the Bancontact payment method or their banking interface to pay online on our site. The entire transaction is managed by the payment operator Mollie and takes place directly within the banking interface linked to the Bancontact card used or the chosen banking interface. Once again, no sensitive data passes through our site. Only your bank will use your data to process the payment.
Bank cards / Cartes bleues:
Our customers based in France have the option of using their bank card to pay for their purchases on our site. The entire transaction is managed by the payment operator Mollie. No sensitive data passes through our site.
Klarna:
Payment information is processed securely by Klarna. No card data is transferred to or held by Lecomte. All transactions take place via secure connections using the latest industry-standard security protocols.
Every transaction on our webshop automatically generates an invoice which is sent to you by e-mail. This invoice is also available in the customer portal. If any information needs to be updated, we invite you to contact our customer support.
No. Instalment payment is not available.
Yes. Eco-vouchers are only valid in store and on products with an ecological character.

No. Unfortunately, payment with sports and culture vouchers is not possible, neither in our stores nor on our webshop.
These vouchers can be used to finance your sporting and cultural activities. They are accepted at a wide network of sports clubs, museums, music academies, cinemas, theatres and amusement parks.
