Use a gift card
In stores: simply present the physical gift card or the code received by e-mail at the checkout.
On the webshop: enter the code received in the designated field during the virtual checkout process. If the code is entered correctly, the gift card amount will be automatically deducted from the total amount of your order.
You can remove the gift card by clicking the "x" to the right of the deducted amount in the total amount details (bottom right).
Each gift card has an expiry date. Your gift card is valid for 12 months from its issue date.
After purchase, your gift card is valid for 1 year on the website lecomte-alpirando.be and in each of our stores.
If you use an amount less than the total value of the gift card, your remaining balance will stay available for future use.
In case of an error, you can quickly contact our customer service and we will do our best to find a solution.
If you wish to cancel a gift card order, please contact our customer service.

You can very easily purchase a gift card at the checkout of our stores.
You will receive a physical card along with a gift pouch.
Purchase on the webshop:
By adding a gift card to your cart. After confirming your order, you will receive the gift card by e-mail as a PDF, which you can forward or download and give in person.
Yes. On our webshop, the gift card is an item like any other.

No. The gift card is sent to you by e-mail.
You can choose to send the gift card by e-mail to a recipient or to print it and hand it to them personally.
Unfortunately not. The gift card is automatically generated at the time of your purchase.
