If you have a promotional code or a gift card, you can enter it at the cart step, before confirming your order, in the input field « Discount code or gift card ».
Once the code has been entered, click the "Apply" button and the promotion will be directly applied to your cart total.
Check whether the spelling of your discount code is correct and whether a space has not crept in before or after it.

No problem, whether in store or on the webshop, a voucher can be used to pay for all or part of your order.
In the event of a return of an item purchased with a gift card, the gift card will be credited. The same applies to loyalty points used during your purchases. However, promotional codes or single-use vouchers will be permanently lost.
