Our lightweight Syncrino™ 125 fabric is made from a blend of merino wool and 32% recycled synthetic fibres. Merino wool is ideal for base layers designed for low temperatures. Its water absorption capacity allows it to wick perspiration away from the skin at speed, ensuring comfort and stable body temperature. It is also a highly insulating material, even when wet, although it can take time to dry.
Synthetic fibres are robust, durable, lightweight, and hold their shape well. They also dry extremely quickly.
By blending these yarns, we have created a resistant and insulating material that wicks moisture away quickly and dries fast, ideal for base layers to be used in the mountains.
Odour-resistant and quick-drying, it is perfectly suited to multi-day outings.
