This energy gel is made from natural and 100% organic ingredients and preserves your health in the long term. The high fruit content provides you with natural sugar without blood sugar spikes, which pairs perfectly with agave syrup. Its glycemic index is particularly low: it is only 15.
Olive oil will provide you with a source of good fats directly usable during exercise and will help smooth out blood sugar levels. The ingredients are naturally rich in vitamins and essential micronutrients, including calcium, magnesium, iron and potassium.
Thanks to nutrition experts and Michelin-starred chef Yoann Conte, the gel does not irritate the intestine, which is already inflamed by exercise, and is therefore much easier to digest.
