The MESCALITO MID GTX WOMEN is a technical approach shoe, ideal for classic approach routes in alpine environments, in wet weather and with a medium-weight backpack.
It is built around a Vibram Dynamis outsole using Lite Base technology, which significantly reduces the weight of the shoe. It is paired with a dual-density EVA midsole that provides excellent cushioning, particularly compared to more traditional approach shoes. The outsole is made of Vibram Megagrip for maximum grip and traction on smooth surfaces.
The GORE-TEX Extended Comfort waterproof and breathable membrane provides excellent protection against the elements.
A PU lateral rand protects the shoe from scuffs and scratches, and a rubber toe cap provides grip and protection.
The toe-lacing design inspired by climbing shoes ensures the best possible hold and a perfect fit, for maximum comfort.
