Borea (2024), from the brand Petzl, is a helmet designed for female adventurers, with its headband that adapts to long hair tied in a ponytail !

Its robust construction is suitable for climbing, via ferrata, canyoning or caving.

Its thick shell ensures optimal resistance against impacts and scratches. Its encompassing shape offers you enhanced head protection, while remaining compact and ventilated to provide you with maximum comfort.

• Robust helmet with reinforced protection:
  - hybrid construction with a thick ABS shell, an EPP foam liner and an EPS foam liner promoting helmet robustness,
  - hard outer shell, resistant to impacts and scratches for optimal durability,
  - headband retractable inside the helmet for easy storage and transport,
  - covering design, lowered at the back, for optimal protection against rockfall, side, front and rear impacts (Petzl TOP AND SIDE PROTECTION label).
  
• Comfortable to wear with long hair:
  - OMEGA semi-rigid headband easy to adjust, with pronounced cutout for wearing the helmet with long hair tied in a ponytail,
  - lightweight: 305 g,
  - ventilation holes and interior foam pads with grooves to facilitate air circulation,
  - easy adjustment, thanks to fully adjustable side straps and chinstrap.
  
• Versatility for practicing multiple activities:
  - suitable for climbing, mountaineering, caving, via ferrata, canyoning...,
