The AVAO SIT FAST sit harness is specially designed for workers at height, who are looking for a lightweight and modular solution. 

It transforms into a full fall arrest harness by connecting a TOP or TOP CROLL chest harness. Its design is adapted to the specific requirements of work positioning and rope descent. 

The pre-shaped foam padding and semi-rigid construction of the waistbelt and leg loops provide comfort during use. The waistbelt, with its metal lateral attachment points, equipment holders and tool loops, allows you to organize all the equipment needed for a day's work. 

Finally, adjustment is simple and quick, thanks to the DOUBLEBACK auto-locking buckles on the waistbelt and the FAST openable buckles on the leg loops

Comfortable construction: all contact areas, waistbelt and leg loops, feature pre-formed foam lined with breathable fabric, allowing the user to move and work comfortably, - optimal placement and support of the harness on the user are ensured thanks to the semi-rigid waistbelt and leg loops, - the metal lateral attachment points are foldable to prevent unintentional snagging when not in use, - the back of the leg loops is equipped with elasticated straps (replaceable - available as an accessory) that maintain proper adjustment, both while walking and in suspension.

• Practical and quick adjustment: adjustment is practical and simple, thanks to the DOUBLEBACK self-locking buckles on the waistbelt and the FAST openable buckles on the leg loops, - the anti-slip pieces installed on the DOUBLEBACK buckles maintain proper adjustment throughout work phases. 

• Design that facilitates carrying and organizing gear: the metal ventral D-ring is equipped with connection points for installing a PODIUM or LITEPOD seat, - the ventral connection point is equipped with a dedicated textile loop, allowing the attachment of a lanyard via a RING OPEN connection ring, - two metal lateral attachment points for connecting a double positioning lanyard, - five pre-formed gear loops with protective sheath, - two loops for CARITOOL tool holders or INTERFAST connection elements.
