The Expedition sleeping bag series includes the sleeping bags with the best warmth-to-weight ratio in the Rab® range, designed for expeditions on 8,000 m peaks and polar environments.
With 1200 g of premium European goose down with an 850 fill power, the Expedition 1200 sleeping bag is designed to provide warmth and protection when temperatures drop to as low as -35 °C.
Specifically designed for expeditions, the Expedition 1200 sleeping bag features a slightly oversized cut so that it can be used with bulky expedition clothing. In addition, it is composed of a blend of high-quality Pertex® fabrics, both inside and out.
Among its key technical features are: water-resistant linings at the head and foot to prevent water penetration, longitudinal down baffles to limit down migration, and an insulated face compartment for optimal protection.
